The forum will be held at Sello Hall and Sello Library. Sello Hall and Sello Library are situated in Leppävaara in Espoo in Sello Shopping Mall’s square. The street address is Soittoniekanaukio 1 A, FI-02600 Espoo.
The networking evening will be held at Children’s Art House Aurora in Järvenperä. Aurora’s street address is Järvenperäntie 1–3, FI-02940 Espoo.
The participation fee for Monday, 19 November is €35/person, or €25/person for members of the Association of Finnish Children’s Cultural Centers. The fee for Tuesday is €20/person, or €15/person for members of the Association of Finnish Children’s Cultural Centers. The fee includes the programme, materials and coffee service in the morning and afternoon. Lunch is not included.
There is no lunch service; participants may have lunch at their own expense in a restaurant of their choice. Sello Shopping Mall offers many options of restaurants and cafés with consideration for special diets. The coffee service in the morning and afternoon is included in the participation fee.
We have reserved a number of rooms at Glo Hotel Sello at Sello Shopping Mall on 18–21 November 2018. The room rates are €130/night for single rooms and €145/night for double rooms, including the service charge, WiFi and buffet breakfast. Sello Hall is in Sello Shopping Mall in Leppävaara, Espoo. The shopping centre is situated at the intersection of Turunväylä and Ring I next to the main railway line. The location is easily accessible by local and long-distance buses and trains through the Leppävaara transport terminal, which is only a few minutes’ walk away. The traffic connections for motorists are also excellent, with arrival routes from the Turku motorway and Ring Roads I and II, for example. The parking facilities are located in the shopping centre’s underground car park.

Children’s Art House Aurora is accessible by several local buses through the Leppävaara transport terminal. There is parking for cars in the immediate vicinity at the address Träskändanristi 4. There will also be a charter bus from Leppävaara to Järvenperä and back for the evening event, with advance reservation.
All the facilities used for the event are wheelchair accessible. The parking garage of Sello Shopping Mall has marked parking spaces for disabled persons, which have a wheelchair accessible entrance to Sello Hall and Sello Library. The indoor and outdoor premises are wheelchair accessible with level access routes. There are parking spaces for disabled persons in the Aurora courtyard. All premises have accessible toilets and a wireless Internet connection.
